LAD - LION at the A+A Düsseldorf 2011
The A+A will be held from 18th to 21st October in Düsseldorf. The A+A is Europe’s major exhibition for personal protection, industrial safety and health at work. LION Apparel Deutschland GmbH (LION), a part of the LHD Group, with headquarters in Cologne, is exhibiting its current range of products for protective clothing for firemen in Hall 4 at Stand D60.
At the center of the presentation at the exhibition is the newest generation of the patented V-Force® protective suits which can also be supplied in red with effect from 01st October.
The products are enhanced by the unique TOTALCARE® service offered by LION. This encompasses the clothing management and the care of the suites throughout the whole of their service life. The sustainability in the management of clothing with TOTALCARE® has been awarded prizes in the meantime. In 2009, for example, the fire service district of Offenbach was awarded the Innovation Prize of the Federal Ministry of Economics.
Since the last A+A (two years ago) LION and the LHD Group have won a number of orders from tenders for fire services and industrial customers. These include the fire services of Hong Kong, Hamburg and Regensburg, as well as major companies such as Daimler and BASF in addition to the ADAC, Germany’s largest automobile association.
