LION INC. - Acqusition of BullEx and HAAGEN
As leader on the world market for protective clothing for firefighters, LION Incorporated (USA) is pleased to announce the acquisition of BullEx Digital Safety and HAAGEN Fire Training Products, global leader in fire training systems and centers.
BullEx and HAAGEN supply intelligent tools for realistic action training. The production lines of the companies include training tools fire, safety and chemical protection. The offer also encompasses training systems and centers which are used by fire brigades, corporations and governments worldwide.
BullEx fire extinguisher training systems have meantime become industry standards. In addition, BullEx offers an all-encompassing product line for fire fighting training, public training in fire prevention and corporate safety training.
HAAGEN has built some of the most advanced fire training facilities worldwide, including the safety training center in Holland, the fire training facility in Dortmund, Germany, the civil defense training facility in Saudi Arabia and the SDIS 74 fire training complex in Tours, France. Projects which are currently in construction include, among others, the SDIS 95 fire training facility in Val-d'Oise, France, the Strathclyde fire and rescue training center in Glasgow, Scotland and the Shanghai fire training center in China.
BullEx and HAAGEN will form a new division within the LION organization and will operate under the name of LION Training Resources Group. Together, LION, BullEx and HAAGEN provide the most complete offer in the most diversified products and services to ensure their customers’ readiness for action.
